Clayton G. Anderson - Raised in Southern West Virginia, Mr. Anderson is a 1992 graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and then went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in public policy and government at Regent University in 1994.

Mr. Anderson attended Regent University School of Law and graduated in 1996. Mr. Anderson was a member of the Client Counseling and Dispute Resolution Board during law school.

The majority of Mr. Anderson's practice involves representing clients in litigation matters in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, business litigation and insurance bad faith.  Mr. Anderson spent seven years as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Nicholas and Kanawha County where he prosecuted crime involving homicide, robbery, sexual assault and domestic violence.  Since leaving public service, Mr. Anderson's practice has focused on the representation of clients in personal injury litigation.  He was admitted to the West Virginia Bar in 1997 and the North Carolina Bar in 2005. He is authorized to practice by the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
